These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, located at www.valuemaxx.shop, and any related services provided by VALUE MAXX (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not signify acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when your item has been shipped.

Stroller Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Agreement

 

By renting equipment from VALUE MAXX, the renter agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. The renter accepts full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.

2. Eligibility

• Renter must be 18 years or older.

• A valid government-issued ID may be required.

• Renter must provide accurate contact and payment information.

3. Rental Period

• Rental period begins on the agreed pickup/delivery time and ends at the agreed return time.
• Late returns may incur additional charges (see Section 6).
• Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

4. Payment & Security Deposit

Full payment is required at the time of booking or delivery.

• A refundable security deposit may be required.
• Deposit will be refunded within 10 days after inspection of returned equipment.
• Any damages, missing parts, or excessive cleaning fees will be deducted from the deposit.

5. Delivery & Pickup (If Applicable)

• Delivery/pickup windows are estimated.
• Customer must be present at delivery unless prior arrangements are made.
• Incorrect address or missed delivery may result in additional fees.
  

6. Late Returns

• Late returns will be charged at Daily Rate -$20
• Equipment not returned within 2 days may be considered lost and charged at full replacement value.
  

7. Condition & Use of Equipment

• Equipment is cleaned and inspected prior to each rental.
• Renter agrees to:
  
  • Use the stroller according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Not exceed weight limits.
  • Not modify the equipment.
  • Supervise children at all times.

• Equipment must be returned in reasonable condition.

8. Damage, Loss, or Theft

• Renter is responsible for:
  
• • Damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen equipment
  • Missing parts or accessories

• Replacement cost will be charged if necessary.

9. Cleaning Policy

• Normal dirt is expected.
• Excessive mess (food spills, sand, stains, bodily fluids, etc.) may result in a cleaning fee of $[amount].

10. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 Hour before rental start may receive a full refund.
• Late cancellations may be subject to partial refund or credit.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

11. Liability Waiver

By renting from VALUE MAXX, the renter:

• Assumes all risks associated with use.
• Releases and holds harmless the company from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from use.
• Acknowledges that proper supervision is required at all times.

 

12. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Value Maxx from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from the rental or use of equipment.

13. Weather & Outdoor Use

Equipment should not be used in unsafe weather conditions. The company is not responsible for weather-related interruptions.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA

 

15. Agreement Acceptance

By completing payment and accepting the equipment, the renter confirms agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
